Nestled at the base of Griffith Park, Vermont is both the last house before the magical acres of untouched Los Angeles, and the first piece of a wonderland that predates us all.
At Vermont, we worked to bring back to life the 1920’s charm and delightful richness of the Spanish Style home’s original glory. Terracotta, hand painted tiles, sandy orange stone, patina, live metals, and deep playful colors were just a few of the elements that were a dream to piece together for this project.
